Heaven's Best Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, started in 1983 by Cody Howard, is an international carpet cleaning company based in Rexburg, Idaho. We started Heaven’s Best because we saw a need for a different type of carpet cleaning, one that wouldn’t take days or even hours to dry. Unlike most carpet cleaning processes, which are done through water-extraction, Heaven’s Best uses a special technique that allows for faster drying times.
Since 1983, we have been continually growing. There are currently over 2,500 cities where a Heaven’s Best operator can be found working. We also have multiple locations in Canada and England. Also, Heaven’s Best has won the "Best Franchise of the Year" award five times in a row!

Hi, my name is Bill Boom, the owner and operator of Heaven’s Best of Tampa Bay. I’ve been serving the cleaning needs of the Tampa Bay area since 1999, and I would like to tell you a little about myself. Originally I’m from Grand Rapids, MI. I moved here in 1987 and currently live in Wesley Chapel. I’m happily married to my beautiful wife Lisa and have two sons Nathan & Steven.
I joined Heaven’s Best in 1999. I wanted to get into a business that I could call my own and would reflect my own hard work and determination. Heaven’s Best is a franchise that started back in 1983 and share’s those same values. Although Heaven’s Best is one of the fastest-growing carpet cleaning companies in the country, I appreciate the support and the freedom to grow at my own pace. It’s a modern company with a down-home sense-ability. I love what I do, and the satisfaction I get when I see the delight on my customers’ faces after restoring their carpet and upholstery to its former glory.
